Your horse's records, in your pocket.

Keep Coggins, vaccination records, and registration papers in one place. When a barn asks for them, send a link that expires on its own instead of digging through a tack-room binder.

Snap a photo of the papers — takes about two minutes. No account needed to try it.

How it works

  1. 1. Snap the papers

Photograph or upload a document. The type and dates are drafted for you, and nothing is saved until you confirm each field yourself.

  2. 2. Build the record

Coggins, vaccinations, registration papers, dental, farrier visits. Due dates are tracked so you can see what's current at a glance.

  3. 3. Share one link

Pick the records, set an expiry (30 days unless you change it), and send a single link. Revoke it any time and see when it was opened.

Questions owners ask

Does the barn need an account?

No. The link opens in any browser. The barn manager can view and download the records without signing up for anything.

What happens when a link expires?

It stops working. The barn sees a request form instead of the records, and if they ask for renewed access you can re-share with one tap.

How does the document scanning work?

A scan drafts the fields for you: document type, date on the document, when it's due again. Nothing becomes part of the record until you've checked and confirmed it.

Is it free?

Yes. My Horse is free for horse owners, from the team behind Board & Stable.
